Subscriptions may be had at $200 per year, payable in advance, in accordance with the Court tariff.  During Court sessions it is usually issued weekly.

 

Le prix de l'abonnement, fixé dans le tarif de la Cour, est de 200 $ l'an, payable d'avance.  Le Bulletin paraît en principe toutes les semaines pendant les sessions de la Cour.


 

 

 


 


The Bulletin, being a factual report of recorded proceedings, is produced in the language of record.  Where a judgment has been rendered, requests for copies should be made to the Registrar, with a remittance of $10 for each set of reasons.  All remittances should be made payable to the Receiver General for Canada.

 

Le Bulletin rassemble les procédures devant la Cour dans la langue du dossier.  Quand un arrêt est rendu, on peut se procurer les motifs de jugement en adressant sa demande à la registraire, accompagnée de 10 $ par exemplaire.  Le paiement doit être fait à l'ordre du Receveur général du Canada.

THIS MOTION, made by AstraZeneca Canada Inc., Aktiebolaget Hässle, and AstraZeneca AB (hereafter collectively AstraZeneca) for an order (a) permitting AstraZeneca to submit to the court copies of the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal in Pharmascience Inc. v. Sanofi-Aventis Canada Inc. et al. [2006] FCA 229 and (b) permitting AstraZeneca to submit to the court a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations published in Part I of the Canada Gazette of 17 June 2006 at pages 1611 to 1630 together with (c) a memorandum explaining the relevance of that decision to the issues in AstraZenecas application for leave to appeal to this court was heard this day in writing.

 

ON READING the materials filed by the parties and having regard to Rules 32(2) and 47 of this court;

 

1.                  THE DEPUTY REGISTRAR ORDERS that a copy of the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal, dated 21 June 2006, in Pharmascience Inc. v. Sanofi-Aventis Canada Inc. et al. [2006] FCA 229 may be submitted to the panel of this court to which AstraZeneca’s application for leave to appeal has been submitted together with a copy of the proposed Regulations amending the Patented Medicines(Notice of Compliance) Regulations published in Part I of the Canada Gazette on 17 June 2006 at pages 1611 to 1630.

 

2.                  THE DEPUTY REGISTRAR ORDERS that AstraZeneca’s supplementary memorandum, a copy of which is attached to this order, may be submitted to the panel of this court to which AstraZeneca’s application for leave to appeal (court file no. 31407) has been submitted. 

 

3.                  Within five days of the service of this order, the respondents to the application for leave to appeal may file their memoranda (if any) in response to the attached memorandum. Such memoranda shall not exceed four (4) pages in length excluding the style of cause and signature pages.

 

4.                  Within three days of the service of the respondents’ memoranda in response, the applicants may file a reply memorandum (if any) not to exceed two pages length excluding the style of cause and signature pages.

 

5.         THE DEPUTY REGISTRAR ORDERS that there are no costs of this motion.
