| Subscriptions may be had at $300 per year, payable in advance, in accordance with the Court tariff. During Court sessions it is usually issued weekly. |

| The Bulletin, being a factual report of recorded proceedings, is produced in the language of record. Where a judgment has been rendered, requests for copies should be made to the Registrar, with a remittance of $15 for each set of reasons. All remittances should be made payable to the Receiver General for Canada. |

Le Bulletin rassemble les procédures devant la Cour dans la langue du dossier. Quand un arrêt est rendu, on peut se procurer les motifs de jugement en adressant sa demande au registraire, accompagnée de 15 $ par exemplaire. Le paiement doit être fait à l'ordre du Receveur général du Canada. |

À LA SUITE DES REQUÊTES de l’Association québécoise des avocats et avocates en droit de l’immigration, de l’Association canadienne des libertés civiles et de l’Amnesty International (Canada Section) pour obtenir l’autorisation d’intervenir dans le présent appel;
ET APRÈS EXAMEN des documents déposés;
IL EST PAR LA PRÉSENTE ORDONNÉ CE QUI SUIT :
La requête en intervention de l’Association québécoise des avocats et avocates en droit de l’immigration est accordée et l’intervenante est autorisée à signifier et à déposer un mémoire conjoint n’excédant pas 10 pages le ou avant le 7 janvier 2010 dans cet appel et dans l’appel Jòszef Németh et Jòszefne Németh (alias Jòszefne Nagy Szidonia) c. Le Ministre de la Justice du Canada (33016).
La requête en intervention d’Amnesty International (Canada Section) est accordée et l’intervenante est autorisée à signifier et à déposer un mémoire n’excédant pas 10 pages le ou avant le 7 janvier 2010.
La requête de l’Association canadienne des libertés civiles en prorogation de délai et en autorisation d’intervenir est accordée et cette intervenante pourra signifier et déposer un mémoire n’excédant pas 10 pages au plus tard le 7 janvier 2010.
La décision sur les demandes en vue de présenter une plaidoirie orale sera rendue après réception et examen des arguments écrits des parties et des intervenants.
Les intervenantes n’auront pas le droit de produire d’autres éléments de preuve ni d’ajouter quoi que ce soit au dossier des parties.
Conformément à l’alinéa 59(1)(a) des Règles de la Cour suprême du Canada, les intervenantes paieront à l’appelant et à l’intimé tous débours supplémentaires résultant de leur intervention.
IL EST EN OUTRE ORDONNÉ QUE :
L’intimé pourra déposer un mémoire en réplique aux intervenantes n’excédant pas 5 pages le ou avant le 11 janvier 2010.
UPON APPLICATIONS by the Association québécoise des avocats et avocates en droit de l’immigration, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association and the Amnesty International (Canada Section) for leave to intervene in the above appeal;
AND THE MATERIAL FILED having been read;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The motion for leave to intervene of the Association québécoise des avocats et avocates en droit de l’immigration is granted and the said intervener shall be entitled to each serve and file joint factum not to exceed 10 pages in length on or before January 7, 2010 in this appeal and in the appeal of Jòszef Németh and Jòszefne Németh (a.k.a. Jòszefne Nagy Szidonia) v. The Minister of Justice of Canada (33016).
The motion for leave to intervene of Amnesty International (Canada Section) is granted and the said intervener shall be entitled to serve and file a factum not to exceed 10 pages in length on or before January 7, 2010.
The motion for an extension of time to apply for leave to intervene and for leave to intervene of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association is granted and the said intervener shall be entitled to serve and file a factum not to exceed 10 pages in length on or before January 7, 2010.
The requests to present oral argument are deferred to a date following receipt and consideration of the written arguments of the parties and the interveners.
The interveners shall not be entitled to raise new issues or to adduce further evidence or otherwise to supplement the record of the parties.
Pursuant to Rule 59(1)(a) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada, the interveners shall pay to the appellant and respondent any additional disbursements occasioned to the appellant and respondent by their intervention.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT:
