Criminal law - Offences - Jurisdiction - Sexual assault of four-year-old girl - Whether appellant’s appeal under s. 691(2)(a) of Criminal Code should be quashed since the questions raised are not questions of law in view of the Court of Appeal’s dissent - Whether appellant’s appeal under s. 691(2)(a) of the Criminal Code should be quashed because the appeal is bound to fail under s. 44 of the Supreme Court Act, R.S.C., c. S-26.
