The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 0103‑0038‑AC, dated May 30, 2002, heard on November 4, 2003 is allowed with costs throughout. The decision of the Court of Appeal is set aside and the award of the majority of the arbitration board is restored.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta (Edmonton), numéro 0103‑0038‑AC, en date du 30 mai 2002, entendu le 4 novembre 2003 est accueilli avec dépens devant toutes les cours. La décision de la Cour d’appel est annulée et la décision majoritaire du conseil d’arbitrage est rétablie.
