L’appel et l’appel incident interjetés contre les arrêts de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéros 500‑10‑002523‑031 et 500‑10‑002643‑037, en date du 29 mars 2004, entendus le 8 novembre 2005, sont rejetés. Les notes 1 et 2 inscrites par le juge du procès sur l’acte d’accusation demeurent inchangées et la note 3 doit être rayée, comme l’a ordonné la Cour d’appel.
The appeal and the cross-appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montreal), Numbers 500‑10‑002523‑031 and 500‑10‑002643‑037, dated March 29, 2004, heard on November 8, 2005, are dismissed. Notes 1 and 2 entered by the trial judge on the indictment should be left intact, while note 3 should be set aside, as ordered by the Court of Appeal.
