L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie‑Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA031050, 2006 BCCA 81, en date du 22 février 2006, entendu le 17 octobre 2006, est accueilli et les déclarations de culpabilité sont rétablies. Les juges Fish et Abella sont dissidents.
