L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéro 500-10-003507-066, 2008 QCCA 78, en date du 17 janvier 2008, entendu le 21 novembre 2008, est accueilli et un verdict d’acquittement est substitué à l’égard de chacun des chefs d’accusation pour lesquels l’appelant a été déclaré coupable.
The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500-10-003507-066, 2008 QCCA 78, dated January 17, 2008, heard on November 21, 2008, is allowed and a verdict of acquittal is substituted on each of the counts on which the appellant was convicted.
