L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A‑500‑05, 2007 CAF 24, en date du 30 janvier 2007, entendu le 20 mars 2008, est accueilli et la décision de la Section d’appel de l’immigration est rétablie. Le juge Fish est dissident.
