The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C45536, 2007 ONCA 538, dated July 25, 2007, heard on January 20, 2009, is allowed and the sentences imposed by the trial judge are affirmed, Cromwell J. dissenting in part.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C45536, 2007 ONCA 538, en date du 25 juillet 2007, entendu le 20 janvier 2009, est accueilli et les peines infligées par le juge du procès sont confirmées. Le juge Cromwell est dissident en partie.
