The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C48582, 2008 ONCA 571, dated August 1, 2008, heard on June 16, 2009, is allowed and the order of the Court of Appeal is set aside. The Minister’s surrender order is restored.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C48582, 2008 ONCA 571, en date du 1er août 2008, entendu le 16 juin 2009, est accueilli et l’ordonnance de la Cour d’appel est annulée. L’arrêté d’extradition du ministre est rétabli.
