L’arrêt de la Cour d’appel ainsi que les décisions du ministre de la Justice en matière d’extradition sont annulées. L’affaire est renvoyée au ministre pour réexamen.
The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500-10-003893-078, 2009 QCCA 99, dated January 22, 2009, heard on January 13, 2010, is allowed with no order as to costs. The decision of the Court of Appeal and the Minister of Justice’s orders of surrender are set aside. The matter is remitted to the Minister of Justice for reconsideration.
