The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba, Number AR 11-30-07625, 2013 MBCA 21, dated March 13, 2013, heard on April 17, 2014, is allowed without costs. The application for remand for an assessment pursuant to s. 752.1(1) of the Criminal Code is granted.
