The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C58056, 2017 ONCA 634, dated August 3, 2017, heard on January 25, 2019, is allowed and the order of the Court of Appeal is set aside. Wagner C.J. and Moldaver and Côté JJ. dissent in part.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C58056, 2017 ONCA 634, daté du 3 août 2017, entendu le 25 janvier 2019, est accueilli et l’ordonnance de la Cour d’appel est écartée. Le juge en chef Wagner et les juges Moldaver et Côté sont dissidents en partie.
