The appeal is allowed with costs throughout on a party and party basis, the judgment of the Court of Appeal is set aside and the matter is referred to the Legal Services Society for disposition in accordance with the reasons of the majority, Cory J. dissenting in part.
Le pourvoi est accueilli avec dépens dans toutes les cours sur la base des frais entre parties, l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel est annulé et l’affaire est renvoyée devant la Legal Services Society pour qu’elle statue conformément aux motifs de la majorité. Le juge Cory est dissident en partie.
