The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba, Number AR‐00‐30‐04566, dated April 24, 2001, heard on November 1, 2002, is allowed. The judgment of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba is set aside and the acquittal entered at trial is restored.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Manitoba, numéro AR‐00‐30‐04566, en date du 24 avril 2001, entendu le 1er novembre 2002 est accueilli. L’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Manitoba est annulé et le verdict d’acquittement inscrit à l’issue du procès est rétabli.
