Malgré les plaidoiries éloquentes de Me Gauthier, la Cour n’a pas besoin d’entendre les avocats des intimés. La Cour rejette l’appel, motifs à suivre.
Aujourd’hui, la Cour a déposé des motifs et reformulé le jugement comme suit :
L’appel est rejeté avec dépens.
The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500‐09‐009074‐998, dated July 4, 2003, was heard on June 11, 2004 and the Court on that day delivered the following judgment orally:
Despite the eloquent arguments of Mr. Gauthier, the Court does not need to hear from counsel for the Respondents. The Court dismisses the appeal, with reasons to follow.
