The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Numbers M33090 and C43448, dated November 30, 2006, was heard on March 19, 2008. The appeal is allowed and the order in the court below is set aside. The application having become moot, the Court makes no further order.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéros M33090 et C43448, en date du 30 novembre 2006, a été entendu le 19 mars 2008. Le pourvoi est accueilli et l’ordonnance rendue par la juridiction inférieure est annulée. La demande étant devenue théorique, la Cour ne rend aucune autre ordonnance.
