L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Manitoba, numéro AH 06‑30‑06376, 2007 MBCA 9, en date du 5 février 2007, entendu le 20 mai 2008, est rejeté avec dépens devant toutes les cours en faveur de l’enfant A.C. Le juge Binnie est dissident.
