The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C43132, dated June 2, 2006, heard on April 24, 2008, is allowed on Count 4 and an acquittal entered. On all other counts, the appeal is dismissed.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C43132, en date du 2 juin 2006, entendu le 24 avril 2008, est accueilli et un acquittement est prononcé à l’égard du quatrième chef d’accusation. À l’égard des autres chefs d’accusation, l’appel est rejeté.
