The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C45434, 2008 ONCA 593, dated August 21, 2008, heard on March 27, 2009, is allowed, the convictions are set aside, the matter is remitted to the Superior Court of Justice for the S.M. and the M.A. counts to be retried separately.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C45434, 2008 ONCA 593, en date du 21 août 2008, entendu le 27 mars 2009 est accueilli, les déclarations de culpabilité sont annulées et l’affaire est renvoyée devant la Cour supérieure de justice pour que les chefs d’accusation relatifs à S.M. et à M.A. soient instruits séparément.
