The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C51970, 2011 ONCA 654, dated October 20, 2011, heard on February 20, 2013, is allowed and the acquittal is restored. Rothstein and Wagner JJ. are dissenting.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C51970, 2011 ONCA 654, en date du 20 octobre 2011, entendu le 20 février 2013, est accueilli et l’acquittement est rétabli. Les juges Rothstein et Wagner sont dissidents.
