The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA42989, 2016 BCCA 146, dated April 5, 2016, heard on March 28, 2017, is allowed and the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal’s decision is affirmed. McLachlin C.J., and Côté and Brown JJ. dissent.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA42989, 2016 BCCA 146, daté du 5 avril 2016, entendu le 28 mars 2017, est accueilli et la décision du British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal est confirmée.
