The appeal from conviction is dismissed, Lamer C.J. and Iacobucci, Major and Binnie JJ. dissenting. The Crown’s sentence appeal is dismissed and the sentence imposed by the sentencing judge is reaffirmed.
Le pourvoi contre la déclaration de culpabilité est rejeté. Le juge en chef Lamer et les juges Iacobucci, Major et Binnie sont dissidents. Le pourvoi du ministère public contre la peine est rejeté et la peine infligée par le juge du procès est confirmée.
