Contract—Damages—Breach of warranty—Agreement of sale.

APPEAL from a judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario[1] allowing an appeal from a judgment of Moorhouse J. dismissing an action for damages for breach of warranty and undertaking. Appeal dismissed.
