APPEAL from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec, C.A. Mtl., No. 500‑10‑000062-774, Sept. 4, 1979, affirming the conviction of appellant. Appeal dismissed.

THE COURT—This case is practically identical to Leblanc v. The Queen, [1982] 1 S.C.R. 344, and they have both been argued together. For the reasons given today in the latter case, the appeal is dismissed.
