RITCHIE J.—We do not need to hear you Mr. Hanson. We are all of the opinion that the Appeal Division of the Supreme Court of New Brunswick reached the correct conclusion in dismissing the appeal from the judgment rendered by Mr. Justice Cormier at trial.

The appeal is dismissed with costs.
