                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Ontario Court of Appeal, sub nom. R. v. Bell and Bruce (1982), 35 O.R. (2d) 164, 65 C.C.C. (2d) 376, 26 C.R. (3d) 336, allowing the Crown's appeal from the acquittal of the accused on a charge of fraud. Appeal dismissed.
