| JUDGMENT
The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-144-05, 2005 FCA 285, dated September 6, 2005, is granted with costs to the applicant in any event of the cause. This appeal is to be heard with Adil Charkaoui v. Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, et al (30762) and Hassan Almrei v. Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, et al (30929). The schedule for filing and serving material shall be set by the Registrar.

JUGEMENT
La demande d'autorisation d'appel de l'arrêt de la Cour d'appel fédérale, numéro A-144-05, 2005 CAF 285, daté du 6 septembre 2005, est accordée avec dépens en faveur du demandeur quelle que soit l'issue de l'appel.
