                         JUDGMENT

The application for an extension of time is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court of Quebec, Number 500‑17‑024768‑056, dated August 26, 2008, is granted with costs to the applicant in any event of the cause.  The motion to expedite the hearing of the appeal is granted.

This appeal is to be heard with Globe and Mail, a division of CTVglobemedia Publishing Inc. v. Attorney General of Canada and Groupe Polygone Éditeurs inc. (32975) on October 21, 2009 and the schedule for filing and serving the material shall be set by the Registrar.

                          JUGEMENT

La demande de prorogation de délai est accordée.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel du jugement de la Cour supérieure du Québec, numéro 500‑17‑024768‑056, daté du 26 août 2008, est accordée avec dépens en faveur de demanderesse quelle que soit l’issue de l’appel.  La requête visant à accélérer la procédure d’appel est accordée.

Cet appel sera entendu avec Globe and Mail, une division de CTVglobemedia Publishing Inc. c. Procureur général du Canada et Groupe Polygone Éditeurs inc. (32975) le 21 octobre 2009 et l’échéancier pour le dépôt et la signification des documents sera fixé par le registraire.
