The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, Number 1571, 2009 SKCA 36, dated March 12, 2009, is granted with costs in the cause. This Court directs that this appeal be heard with Bank of Montreal v. Innovation Credit Union (33153).

 

 

                          JUGEMENT

 

La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Saskatchewan, numéro 1571, 2009 SKCA 36, daté du 12 mars 2009, est accordée avec dépens suivant l'issue de la cause.  La Cour ordonne que cet appel soit entendu avec Banque de Montréal c.
