                         JUDGMENT

 

The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C47701, 2008 ONCA 297, dated April 15, 2008, is dismissed with costs.   The stay should be lifted on the Court of Appeal’s order setting aside the sealing order.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT

 

La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C47701, 2008 ONCA 297, daté du 15 avril 2008, est rejetée avec dépens.  Il y a lieu de lever le sursis à l’exécution de l’ordonnance de la Cour d’appel annulant l’ordonnance de mise sous scellés.
