The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The motion to adduce new evidence is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, Number 1845, 2010 SKCA 108, dated September 8, 2010, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accordée. La requête en vue de produire de nouveaux éléments de preuve est rejetée.
