                         JUDGMENT

 

The motions of the Corporation of the City of Pickering for automatic intervener status or for leave to intervene are dismissed.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C44312, dated June 30, 2006, is dismissed with costs.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT
