                         JUDGMENT

 

The application for an extension of time and the motion to file a lengthy memorandum of argument are granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C47866, 2009 ONCA 218, dated March 9, 2009, is dismissed with costs in the fixed amount of $1,000.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT

 

La demande de prorogation de délai et la requête pour déposer un mémoire des arguments volumineux sont accordées.
