                         JUDGMENT

 

The application for an extension of time and the motion to remove and destroy pages 59-60 of the application record are granted.  The motion to appoint counsel and the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C40104, dated April 11, 2006, are dismissed.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT

 

La demande de prorogation de délai et la requête sollicitant l’enlèvement et la destruction des pages 59 et 60 du dossier de la demande sont accordées.  La requête en nomination d’un procureur et la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C40104, daté du 11 avril 2006, sont rejetées.
