The application for an extension of time and the ancillary motion are granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C42118, dated June 30, 2005, is dismissed with costs to the respondent Anita Joyce Ramsay payable by the applicant 1387881 Ontario Inc.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT

 

La demande de prorogation de délai et la  requête accessoire sont accordées.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C42118, daté du  30 juin 2005, est rejetée avec dépens payables par la demanderesse 1387881 Ontario Inc. en faveur de l’intimée Anita Joyce Ramsay.
