The application for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montreal), Numbers 500‑09‑014606‑040 and 500‑09‑014607‑048 (2006 QCCA 1090 and 2006 QCCA 1086), dated August 28, 2006, is dismissed with costs, and the conditional application for leave to cross-appeal is dismissed without costs.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT
