                         JUDGMENT

 

The motion to hold the application for leave to appeal in abeyance is dismissed.  The application for an extension of time to apply for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 0701‑0232‑AC, 2008 ABCA 155, dated May 7, 2008, and all ancillary motions are dismissed.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT

 

La requête visant à obtenir le report de l’examen de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est rejetée.
