                         JUDGMENT

 

The motions for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal, for permission to allow Michael King to represent the corporate applicant and for an extension of time to serve and file a supplementary reply are granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C47805, 2009 ONCA 652, dated September 10, 2009, is dismissed with costs.

 

 

 

                          JUGEMENT

 

Les requêtes de la personne morale demanderesse en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel, pour être représentée par Michael King et en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la réplique supplémentaire sont accordées.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C47805, 2009 ONCA 652,  daté du 10 septembre 2009, est rejetée avec dépens.
