The Applicant’s motion to file her letter dated March 23, 2010, with attachments, is granted; however, her application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C50363, 2009 ONCA 769, dated November 5, 2009, is dismissed with costs.
