JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick, Number 9-10-CA, 2010 NBCA 77, dated October 28, 2010, and all other ancillary motions are dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accordée.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Nouveau-Brunswick, numéro 9-10-CA, 2010 NBCA 77, daté du 28 octobre 2010, et toutes les requêtes accessoires sont rejetées sans dépens.
