The application for extension of time and the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 0703‑0003‑A, 2008 ABCA 126, dated April 3, 2008, are granted.  This appeal should be heard with Trent Terrence Sinclair v. Her Majesty the Queen (32537).

 

 

                          JUGEMENT
