The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  All ancillary motions are dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA033639, 2010 BCCA 413, dated September 23, 2010, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.  Toutes les requêtes accessoires sont rejetées.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA033639, 2010 BCCA 413, daté du 23 septembre 2010, est rejetée sans dépens.
