JUDGMENT

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the applications for leave to appeal is granted.  The applications for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Numbers A-386-09, A-387-09, A-389-09 and A-390-09, 2011 FCA 300, dated November 2, 2011, are dismissed with costs.

JUGEMENT
