| JUDGMENT
The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 0403‑0299‑AC, 2006 ABCA 392, dated December 19, 2006, is granted with costs to the applicant in any event of the cause as against all respondents except to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Alberta.
The Respondents Rose Lameman, Francis Saulteaux, Nora Alook, Samuel Waskewitch and Elsie Gladue, on their own behalf and on behalf of all descendants of the Papaschase Indian Band No. 136, are allotted one hour in total for oral argument and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Alberta is allotted 30 minutes for oral argument.

JUGEMENT
La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta (Edmonton), numéro 0403‑0299‑AC, 2006 ABCA 392, daté du 19 décembre 2006, est accordée avec dépens payables par tous les intimés, sauf Sa Majesté la Reine du chef de l’Alberta, en faveur du demandeur quelle que soit l’issue de l’appel.
Les intimés Rose Lameman, Francis Saulteaux, Nora Alook, Samuel Waskewitch et Elsie Gladue, en leur nom et au nom de tous les descendants de la bande indienne Papaschase No. 136, disposeront au total d’une heure et Sa Majesté la Reine du chef de l’Alberta disposera de 30 minutes pour la plaidoirie orale. |
