The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador - Court of Appeal, Number 10/116, 2011 NLCA 61, dated September 21, 2011, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
