The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C47526, 2008 ONCA 656, dated September 30, 2008, is dismissed with costs. In any event, had such motion for an extension of time been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed. |

JUGEMENT
La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C47526, 2008 ONCA 656, daté du 30 septembre 2008, est rejetée avec dépens. Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête en prorogation du délai avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée. |
