The motion to appoint counsel is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba, Numbers AI 10-30-07481 and AI 10-30-07487, 2011 MBCA 3, dated January 10, 2011, is dismissed with costs to the respondent Edison Rental Agency.

 

JUGEMENT
