The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 0701-0312-A, 2010 ABCA 332, dated November 5, 2010, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
