The motion to expedite the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500-09-020841-102, 2011 QCCA 26, dated January 11, 2011, is dismissed without costs. The motion for a stay of execution of the judgment is moot.

 

JUGEMENT
